Which areas do you serve? We currently serve all areas of central London in zone 1, and are sometimes able to accommodate advance requests in zone 2 .
For wedding or other bespoke events, the beauty therapists we work with are happy to travel further afield.

Do I need to provide anything for the treatment? No, your therapist will provide everything you need for all treatments including treatment beds and towels.
We pride ourselves on delivering a luxury experience and salon-quality results so we would never ask you to lie on your bed or sofa.

What happens when I make a booking? Once you request a booking our technology will match you with a therapist who is available at that time in your area.
It is usually confirmed within a few minutes, and as soon as it is we contact you to let you know which therapist will be arriving.

When can I book for? Our appointment hours are 7am – 10pm meaning you can squeeze in your treatments before or after work, or whenever suits you.
Same-day appointments are usually available but for best availability we recommend booking 24 hours in advance.
